Trident Endo is an innovative organization dedicated to supporting the Endodontic community. We partner with practice owners and build unique endodontic experiences that patients rave about. Trident Endo has a compassionate culture. As of 2021, our organization has donated more than $125,000 in endodontic services. Every year, our employees and affiliates donate personal resources to support patients in underserved communities. In addition, our clinical directors share their expertise by educating the dental profession through CE Courses.

Founders

Dr. Ronald Taylor

Founder and CEO

Dr. Ronald Taylor is a native New Yorker and he received his bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He enrolled in dental school at the University of Maryland and during his time there he did an externship at the University of Dundee Dental School in Dundee, Scotland. After completing his dental training and receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Maryland he returned to New York and completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) program at The Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center.

Dr. Ronald Taylor

Founder and CEO

Dr. Ronald Taylor is a native New Yorker and he received his bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He enrolled in dental school at the University of Maryland and during his time there he did an externship at the University of Dundee Dental School in Dundee, Scotland. After completing his dental training and receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Maryland he returned to New York and completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) program at The Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center.

He completed his endodontic specialty training and successfully defended his thesis, receiving his certification in endodontics and his Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) from Case Western Reserve University.

He is a diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and a member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, and the National Dental Association.

Dr. Taylor is the founder and CEO of Trident Endo, which provides management support services for six brands of endodontic group practices with a total of 11 locations, located in Maryland, Washington DC, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. He has served as an associate professor at Howard University College of Dentistry and as a Dean’s Faculty clinical assistant professor at the University of Maryland Dental School. He has been a mock board examiner for endodontic residents in the United States Navy Post Graduate Endodontic Residency Program, the Medical College of Virginia, Boston University, and the University of Maryland. He has been appointed by the American Board of Endodontics College of Diplomates to serve as a mentor to board eligible endodontists. He conducts several lectures and seminars on modern endodontics throughout the nation.

Dr. Taylor is an alumnus of the Pankey Institute and he continues his study with the Edward C. Penick Endodontic Study Club, one of the country’s premier study clubs. He is a past president of the Penick Endodontic Study Club. He was previously selected to Washingtonian Magazine’s List of Top Dentists.

Dr. Taylor is married to his lovely wife Chalissa and has two beautiful children, Kayla and Evan. He enjoys traveling, deep sea fishing, and music.

Dr. Adam Orgel

Trident Endo’s President is Dr. Adam Orgel. Trident Endo is a pioneer in the field of endodontic group practice management. He co-founded Trident Endo to support endodontists who wish to focus on their patients first and foremost. With his leadership, Trident Endo empowers its affiliates to establish and engage in thriving practices far more quickly and with less office time than they could on their own.

Dr. Orgel oversees strategic growth, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and business development. During his tenure, Trident Endo has grown from managing two to more than eleven endodontic practices in four Mid-Atlantic states. He now shares his success framework with other endodontists, assisting them in achieving success on their terms.

Dr. Orgel is a top-rated practicing endodontist in addition to his business acumen. His sense of humor is always mentioned in his reviews! He belongs to the American Association of Endodontists and the American Dental Association as a specialized member. He graduated from The University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree and went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). While finishing his endodontic residency, he continued his studies at the University of Maryland, earning a master’s degree in oral biology.

Crystal Mathura

Crystal Mathura

Director of Business Development

Crystal oversees the external and internal marketing and communications efforts across the organization while leading and mentoring the marketing team. She focuses primarily on the development of new/existing client relationships through an integration of digital media, publications, collateral material, proposals, and presentations to support Trident’s goals and overall Strategic Plan.

Prior to Trident Management Services, Crystal has spent her career accelerating the growth of several start-ups, transitioning these businesses into multi-state and national brands, and representing millions in annual revenue.

She states, “I have grown to truly respect the start-up entrepreneurship model. There is such an indescribably feeling of accomplishing in wearing the many hats required while building a brand and engaging targeted audiences through evolving marketing strategies. I’m personally driven to deliver results and enjoy diving head-first into whatever is needed to achieve our goals. However, what I love most about my role at Trident is that it involves conceptualizing, planning and implementing strategies with our talented team.”

Crystal brings a wealth of expertise in leading and delivering transformational solutions. She has a career in defining and guiding the implementation of best practices, standards, processes and tools to strengthen an organization and drive growth.

A proud Girl Scouts Troop volunteer, she finds great joy in mentoring, listening to, and motivating girls. She strongly believes that these types of life experiences are priceless and make a major difference in shaping their future.

Director of Clinical Operations

Rachel Izquierdo is the Director of Clinical Operations for Trident Endo. Rachel began her leadership career in Colorado and then relocated to Maryland in 2011. She has a passion for mentoring and empowering
others to their fullest potential. Rachel Graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Masters of Science in Leadership.

In her role, Rachel is responsible for defining clinical guidelines, standardizing processes, and developing best practices. She creates synergism between the clinical and operations teams, business partners, and project managers. Her goal is to foster a supportive and trusting environment where everyone enjoys working, and together, all can succeed and grow.

Rachel brings a unique dynamic and extensive operational experience. Before joining Trident Endo, she held executive positions in optometry, dental, orthodontic, and oral surgery practices for over fifteen years. Helping startups, she wore many hats, including day-to-day operations, employee engagement, leadership development, human resources support, training, billing, outreach, and marketing. In each of her positions, she ensures that all can manage fast-expanding practices while overseeing exponential growth.

When Rachel is not working, she enjoys quality time with her husband, four teenagers, and fur baby.

Tianna Brown-Collins, MBA

Tianna Brown-Collins, MBA

Director of Billing

Tianna Brown-Collins is the Director of Central Billing Operations for Trident Endo. She is committed to patients and the organization receiving value for their relationship. Tianna graduated from the University of Maryland Global Campus with a master’s degree in Business Administration and previously a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science Management.

In her role, Tianna is responsible for standardizing processes and implementing billing best practices. Her goal is to lead her team to create effective relationships with insurers and patients.

Tianna brings a diverse background and extensive experience. Before joining Trident Endo, she worked in cardiology and then expanded to podiatry, gynecology, and internal medicine over fifteen years. In each of her positions, she ensures practices have the resources to achieve exponential growth.

When Tianna is not working, she enjoys quality time with her husband and two children. Tianna is a proud Autism mom and active member of the Autism Speaks organization. Also, she spends many hours volunteering at local food banks and women’s shelters.

Director of Human Resources

Angie James graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences and minor in Business. Following graduation, she relocated to Maryland to begin her career as a Human Resource professional in healthcare.

She pursued her master’s degree at The Johns Hopkins University with a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resources. In addition to this, she received her HR certifications, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in 2013 and SHRM – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in 2015. She has over 16+ years of diverse experience in Human Resources in a variety of industries including healthcare, property management, restaurant, and nonprofit.

In her free time, Angie enjoys spending time with her husband and beautiful 10 months old daughter, meditating, cooking, and continuing learning new skills.

Dayna Quigley

Dayna Quigley

Director of Patient Access Center and Project Manager

Dayna Quigley is the Director of Patient Access for Trident Endo. She is committed to providing a positive and memorable patient experience. Dayna attended the University of Maryland where she studied
Kinesiology/Exercise Science.

In her role, Dayna is responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership to the Patient Access Department. In addition, she provides company-wide leadership through planning and overseeing a variety of special projects. Her goal is that the organization meets patients’ needs effectively and expeditiously on time and on budget.

Dayna brings significant management expertise. Before joining Trident Endo, she held positions covering Assistant Management and Marketing Management for over 2 years.

When Dayna is not working, she enjoys going for hikes with her golden retriever, exploring restaurants around town, and spending time with her loved ones.
