Show Some Love and Save a Smile!

February 11, 2023

For the fifth year in a row, Trident ENDO Save-a-Smile will celebrate the American Association of Endodontists’ (AAE) Save-Your-Tooth month by donating endodontic treatments to patients throughout Maryland.

Dedicated to giving back to the community, the endodontic experts at Painless Root Canal Specialists (PRCS), DC Endodontics, RCT Endodontics, and Bay Endodontics will also participate in the event, which is scheduled for Saturday, May 20th.

In the meantime, they are working hard to fundraise in support of this year’s ambitious giving goals.

Read on to discover why and how you should donate to this smile-saving and life-changing cause!

Get in the tooth-saving spirit!

The countdown is on to help us make this year’s Save-a-Smile event the best one yet!

“We’re motivated to be more than another local business. Ultimately, we’re stewards of our communities. More than saving teeth, we consider our efforts to be life-changing, empowering each of our patients with proven dental solutions and the confidence that comes from a healthy smile,” Dr. Adam Orgel, President of Trident Endo explains.

Moreover, in the words of Mother Teresa, “Peace begins with a smile,” and we believe that everyone deserves to smile with confidence, free of pain.

That’s why we need your help!

From now until March 15th, we will be inviting donations in support of our goal to provide between 25-40 root canals to low-income patients, while strengthening our relationships with other non-profits related to the dental industry.

We’re already proud to partner with Spanish Catholic Charities and grateful for the appreciation shared by the director of dental services, Dr. Lucciola Lambruschini:

RCT has set a high standard in specialty dental philanthropy. They understand the incredible value of service to the community and donates their time and resources generously. Many of our low-income patients who live in this country illegally decide to risk losing their teeth or go to an unlicensed clinic instead of coming forward for professional root canal treatment. Drs. Ronald Taylor and Adam Orgel were the first specialists to create such an event in Maryland. Each year, their team participates with such joy and has inspired other endodontist specialists as well. They genuinely have something special at their endo group.”

Just what will it take to make these procedures happen?

Our target fundraising milestone is $3,000 to cover all expenses for that single day.

To put that figure into context, last year’s event totaled $41,111 in donated professional root canal treatment services, which saved 25 natural teeth.
